All items are carefully packaged in our signature VeshGo boxes, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Standard delivery within India takes 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made, bespoke items, and pierced jewellery are non-refundable for hygiene and exclusivity reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at concierge@veshgo.com.
