Terms & Conditions

• VeshGo provides Fancy Dress Costumes, Accessories, Wigs, Masks, Props, Jewellery and related products on Rent and for Sale.
• All rentals and sales are subject to product availability.
• VeshGo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without assigning any reason.
• Prices, offers and policies may change without prior notice.

• Rental charges are applicable only for the agreed rental period.
• Rental starts from the delivery/pickup date.
• Rental charges are non-refundable once the order is placed.
• Costumes remain the exclusive property of VeshGo at all times.

• Some costumes require a refundable security deposit.
• The deposit amount varies according to the costume value.
• Security deposit will be refunded only after inspection of the returned costume.
• Refund processing may take 3–7 business days.

• Every costume is checked, cleaned and sanitized before dispatch.
• Customers must inspect the costume immediately after delivery.
• Any issue must be reported within 2 hours with clear photos or videos.
• Complaints received after use or after the reporting period may not be accepted.
• Customers must carefully review the size chart before placing an order. The responsibility for selecting the correct size rests entirely with the customer. VeshGo shall not be responsible or liable for any fitting or sizing issues for rented or purchased costumes once the order has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for any:

• Torn fabric
• Burn marks
• Ink stains
• Paint stains
• Missing accessories
• Missing jewellery
• Missing wig
• Broken mask
• Broken prop
• Missing belt
• Missing badge
• Missing buttons
• Water damage
• Permanent stains
• Unauthorized alterations

Repair or replacement charges will be deducted from the security deposit. If the loss exceeds the deposit amount, the customer must pay the balance before the matter is closed.

If the costume or any accessory is lost, the customer shall pay the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or the current replacement cost, whichever is higher.

• Costumes must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
• Late return charges shall apply for each additional day.
• Continued non-return may result in:

Customers shall not:

• Wash the costume
• Dry clean the costume
• Iron the costume
• Dye the costume
• Stitch or alter the costume
• Cut any part of the costume
• Remove labels or tags

Professional cleaning shall be done only by VeshGo.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
• Delays caused by courier companies, weather, traffic, public holidays or force majeure shall not make VeshGo liable for compensation.
• Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct.

The customer must return:

• Costume
• Wig
• Jewellery
• Mask
• Props
• Belt
• Accessories
• Original packing (where applicable)

Missing items will be charged separately.

• All sale products are subject to stock availability.
• Product colour may slightly differ due to screen settings.
• Measurements may vary within acceptable manufacturing tolerance.

Exchange or return may be accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged during transit

The following are not eligible for return:

Rental Orders:

Cancellation after order is not permitted.

Sale Orders:

Cancellation is allowed only before shipment.

• Rental charges are generally non-refundable.
• Security deposit is refundable after successful inspection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate personal details.
• Use costumes responsibly.
• Return costumes on time.
• Handle all rented items with reasonable care.
• Follow all care instructions.

Customers shall not:

• Rent costumes to third parties.
• Resell rented costumes.
• Use costumes for unlawful activities.
• Damage or misuse costumes intentionally.
• Copy or misuse VeshGo photographs, logos or branding.

All logos, designs, product photographs, website content, graphics and trademarks belong exclusively to VeshGo. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

In case of any pricing or technical error, VeshGo reserves the right to cancel or revise the order before dispatch.

We may accept:

• UPI
• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• Cash (where applicable)

Orders may be cancelled if payment verification fails.

Orders suspected to be fraudulent may be cancelled without prior notice. Additional identity verification may be requested.

VeshGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss arising from event cancellation, delay beyond our reasonable control, or misuse of costumes by the customer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant order.

VeshGo shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, transport strikes, government restrictions or internet failures.

Customer information shall be used only for order processing, customer support and lawful business purposes. Personal information will not be sold to third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfil the order.

By placing an order, customers consent to receive order updates and service communications via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email. Promotional communications will be sent only in accordance with applicable law and customer preferences.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

VeshGo may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication on the website or application.

I confirm that I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. I agree to comply with all policies relating to rental, purchase, payment, security deposit, return, damage, cancellation and refunds.
